Refer A Friend Program Terms and Conditions

Definitions

  • A 30 North ‘existing customer’ is defined as a customer who has signed a contract and paid a deposit with 30 North for the installation of a solar system or for maintenance or testing services. This customer will have been supplied with a Customer ID Number.
  • A ‘new customer’ is defined as a customer who has not had a solar system installed or any service carried out by 30 North previously. A new customer shall not have a Customer ID Number assigned to them and must not have accepted any quotation for a product or services supplied by 30 North.

General terms & conditions

  • When a new customer is referred to 30 North by an existing 30 North customer, the new customer shall only receive discounts or rewards defined in the Refer A Friend Program if the existing customer has had their solar system full installed or all ordered services completed by 30 North. The existing customer must have also settled their account in full If an existing customer has not paid their account in full, all discounts or rewards defined in the Refer A Friend Program will be withheld from the new customer until such time as the existing customer has paid all outstanding balances owed to 30 North.
  • A existing customer who refers a new customer will not receive any discounts or rewards as defined in the Refer A Friend Program until such time as the customer they have referred has had their solar system fully installed or all ordered services completed by 30 North. The new customer must have also paid their account in full before the existing customer who has referred them will be eligible to receive any discounts or rewards.
  • There are no limits on the number of persons an existing customer can refer to 30 North. Existing customers who refer multiple new customers will be eligible to receive multiple discounts and rewards as defined in the Refer A Friend Program.
  • The Refer A Friend Program discounts and rewards may not be combined with any other 30 North offer.
  • Any discounts or rewards offered as part of any friends or family offers may not be combined with any other offers
  • Due to privacy legislation, all new customers must sign up with 30 North by themselves. Referring customers are not able to sign up with 30 North on behalf of the persons whom they are referring.

Referrals from non-existing customers

  • Persons referring friends and family to 30 North’s Referral Program who are not existing customers of 30 North themselves may only be eligible for the program if they enter a valid referral code found in one of our advertisements. If a valid referral code is not used, that person and the persons whom they are referring to 30 North may not be eligible for any benefits under the Refer A Friend Program.

Customers who are not eligible:

  • If a new customer is referred to 30 North by one our existing customers but the new customer has already had a Client ID assigned to them or already had a solar system installed by 30 North they will not be eligible for any rewards under the Refer A Friend Program. All new customers who are referred to 30 North by an existing customer must have not already signed a contract with 30 North to be eligible for benefits as part of this program.
