Post Installation Verification

Before you hand over final payment why not have the solar installation and its performance verified to ensure you get what you have paid for and to ensure that the splar system is installed for optimal performance.

The results recorded at commissioning by our state of the art testing equipment will give you a detailed baseline and log to compare future measurements over the life of your system. Our state of the art testing equipment allows us to detect panel degradation and failures these are effortlessly measured and documented, enabling panel warranty claims.

Questions of workmanship or claims about problems dating back to installation time are easily resolved by referring to the documented baseline data.

System Health Check

Checking the performance and safety of your solar system on an annual basis will give your piece of mind knowing that your system is safe and performing correctly.

Solar System Health Check Overview

One of our qualified inspection teams will carry out a series of tests and checks to ensure your system is performing correctly and that the system is electrical safe.

  2. Shading check.
  3. The systems basic electrical characteristics will be tested and recorded.
  4. The panels will be cleaned and checked for any defects.
  5. The Inverter will be tested to ensure it is operating correctly.
  6. All switch gear will be tested to ensure safe operation.
  7. We give you a report at the end of the inspection.

Compliance and Safety Check

One of our qualified inspection teams will carry out a series of tests and inspections on your solar power system. Closely looking at the electrical and mechanical components to ensure they are compliant and that the system has been installed correctly and that it is electrically safe. We will ensure that the system complies with the Clean Energy Council (CEC) Australian Standards. A comprehensive report will be provided detailing every aspect of your system and the inspection results.

Solar Power System Performance Testing

PV array performance testing is typically carried out during start-up, commissioning, maintenance, and troubleshooting. We test your system with our state of the art testing equipment these results are uploaded to our sophisticated software for analysis and we formulate a comprehensive report which is verified by our electrical engineer.

I-V curve tracing has been used for decades in solar field testing, manufacturing and research and development. I-V curve tracing is the most comprehensive measurement that can be performed on a PV panel, string or array. The I-V curve (current vs. voltage) represents all possible operating points of a PV Panel, string or array at existing environmental conditions. Our software makes it easy to visually demonstrate that the system is performing consistently and in line with expectations.
